3. How does the swapping feature work?
Users post items they want to give away or exchange and specify their new destination. The system matches them with people moving from that destination to their original city, enabling direct swapping or selling.

Yes! Movers, packers, real estate agents, travel consultants, and related service providers can create paid business listings to promote their offerings.
5. Is the platform available in all countries?
Yes, Exchange The Move supports listings and users from any country or city worldwide, with multi-language and multi-currency capabilities.
6. Is there a mobile app available?
Currently, the platform is fully mobile-responsive via web browsers. Native Android and iOS apps are planned for release in Year 2 (Q2 2025).

8. How do I know the item or service is trustworthy?
Each user is required to verify their email. Listings are reviewed by moderators, and users can report abuse or suspicious activity. Reviews and AI-matching features are coming soon to enhance trust.
9. Can I search for items in my destination before moving?
Yes, you can use the “Moving To” filter to browse listings in the city or country where you're planning to move and even connect with users before you relocate.
10. What payment methods are supported?
Currently, listings are paid via manual confirmation. Online payments via Stripe and PayPal will be integrated in Year 2 (Q3 2025).
11. Can I edit or delete my listing?
Yes, you can manage all your listings through your user dashboard, including updating information or removing ads at any time.
12. How does the platform earn revenue?
The platform earns through:
Paid ads and featured listings
Subscriptions from frequent users and service providers
Commission (planned) from successful exchanges or deals
